We will need the following information for the END PURCHASER: Name on Drivers License Address on Drivers License Phone Number Date of Birth Social Security Number Drivers License Number Drivers License Expiration Date All of the above information is REQUIRED by Taser to perform the background check - we cannot perform the background check unless ALL of the above information is provided. Once the background check has been completed and cleared, we will process the order - you will receive your invoice and tracking number as usual.
