FREE Shipping on Orders Over $100.00
 

All orders received by 11:00  AM Eastern time Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day or within 24 business hours via UPS Ground.  UPS Ground shipping is $8.95 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon check out for orders under $100.00.  United States, UPS Ground shipping is FREE if your order is $100.00 or more (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).  If you are a customer whose order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, actual shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you select "UPS Alaska-Hawaii" and added to your check out total.

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address.  UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.

*Once you order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.   We do not give away or sell your personal information including your email address to anyone.  

Feel Safe Store primarily ships UPS. All orders will ship via UPS Ground unless you wish to pay for different services available with UPS.  You may select your desired  UPS method of shipping at check out.  Your shipping charges will be calculated and added to your check out total.  We have had much success with UPS, and will continue using them as our main source of shipping.  With UPS, we are able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery.

Orders received by 11 am Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (except holidays), will ship the same day.  Orders received after that time, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the following business day.

Pepper Spray cannot be shipped UPS Air.

Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped to New York, Massachusetts or Wisconsin

Stun devices cannot be shipped to the following states:
